Single-Component PU Binder for EPDM Granules | Solvent-Free
Engineered specifically for wet-pour rubber surfacing, running tracks, and playground safety flooring, our Single-Component Polyurethane (PU) Binder delivers outstanding bonding strength and long-term elasticity. Formulated with a 100% solvent-free MDI prepolymer system, this moisture-curing polyurethane resin coats each EPDM or SBR granule uniformly at a recommended 1:6 weight mixing ratio. It cures naturally with ambient humidity, forming a non-shedding, weather-resistant, and eco-friendly elastic rubber matrix.
